The Opportunity
  • Provide "first point of contact" support to customers in a contact centre environment
  • Log calls and requests, managing multiple software systems
  • Operate in a fast paced workplace, whilst maintaining an empathetic and people-centric approach
  • Perform after-call administrative tasks

  • Are a customer focused, professional and empathetic individual, who demonstrates resilience
  • Have proven customer service experience and a genuine desire to build positive relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative team-player approach
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
  • Have the ability to problem solve and analyse different situations
  • Have a high level of personal drive and demonstrate initiative
  • Are available to work between 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, 35 hours per week.
  • Do not have any leave booked within the next 3 months.

Next Steps

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a virtual interview, online skills testing and must be available to attend a 3 hour assessment centre on 22nd/ 23rd January.

If successful you will also need to undertake a criminal history check as part of the recruitment process.
