  • 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Rotating roster between 7.00am - 7.00pm

Calling all passionate customer service professionals - exciting opportunity to join a market leading business based in Parramatta, NSW. Multiple ongoing temporary positions available starting in April and May 2019.

Forsythes Recruitment are partnering with a well-respected government agency that, due to recent growth, are keen to appoint additional Customer Service Representatives on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The Opportunity
  • Provide "first point of contact" support to customers in a contact centre environment
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • Ensure customers are fully aware of product inclusions, exclusions and restrictions
  • Log calls and requests, managing multiple software systems
  • Operate in a fast paced workplace, whilst maintaining an empathetic and people-centric approach
  • Perform after-call administrative tasks

Who are you?
  • Are a customer focused, professional and empathetic individual, who demonstrates resilience
  • Have proven customer service experience, and a genuine desire to build positive relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative team-player approach
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
  • Have the ability to problem solve and analyse different situations
  • Have a high level of personal drive and demonstrate initiative
  • Are available to work between 7.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, 35 hours per week.
  • Do not have any extensive leave booked within the next 3 months.

Next Steps

Suitable candidates will be required to complete a Virtual Interview and online skills testing, must be available for a face to face interview and an assessment centre (date to be confirmed), and undertake a Criminal History Check as part of the recruitment process.
