The Role

If you are seeking an opportunity to build your career within a leading, inspiring and rewarding environment, MoneyMe is the right fit for you. You will be working alongside other Customer Service Officers to ensure a great customer experience and play a crucial role in ensuring loans don't fall into arrears. Commencing in early February 2019, you will work a rotating roster between 8.30-9pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available.

Key responsibilities:
  • Developing strong relationships with customers over the phone and through written correspondence, by generating quality conversations
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with MoneyMe customers to resolve outstanding accounts
  • Managing the arrears activities on loan accounts whilst adhering to all legislative requirements
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound collections calls
  • Continuously driving to improve the collections processes to achieve business goals

The Candidate:
  • Ideally has prior experience in a call centre or debt collections environment, although this is not essential
  • Exceptional relationship building, negotiation and customer service skills
  • Naturally strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
