THE BUSINESS

These newly created positions will be based in Gosford, the offices are easily accessible via public transport and you will be joining an established, dynamic and energetic team of professionals.

THE ROLE

As a result of their expanding business a number of prominent roles exist for Customer Service Consultants who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

To be successful you must have the flexibility to work full time hours on a rostered basis from 8am - 8.30pm Mon - Friday/ 8am - 1pm occasional Saturdays. You will receive your hours well in advance to enable you to plan ahead.

We welcome applications from Working Holiday Visa candidates and also people with solid retail/hospitality experience who are keen to get into a corporate environment.

Duties include:
  • Provide professional, accurate and comprehensive advice on private health insurance.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills.
  • Ensure customers are fully aware of product inclusions, exclusions and restrictions.
  • Proactively resolve any customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Client Records / Data Entry


WHO ARE YOU?
  • Recent, demonstrated Customer Service Experience is essential.
  • A passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a structured, KPI driven environment.
  • The ability to multitask and pick up new computer systems quickly.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Suitable applicants will be required to undertake a digital interview which will need to be completed within 48 hours after receipt of invitation.

You must also be available to attend a 3 hour assessment centre on Wednesday 19th December 2018, and to commence in the role from Monday 14th January 2019 onwards.
